"Mom, why are you stretching?"

"Stretching feels good. Sometimes, if things hurt, stretching makes you feel better. Walking too."

I just read an article where the scientists studied 700ish people and found that walking reduces back pain recurrence and it increases the length between episodes of back pain. The below article didn't define back pain, but that would be an interesting note to the article. Back pain from trauma? Back pain from sitting too much?

It doesn't matter too much to me, however, since walking (anywhere but in big cities), is relaxing.
