My husband, son, and I joined Toastmasters in January 2024. I selected 'Presentation Mastery' for my first path. Each path is broken up into five levels.

For this first level, I did:

• An ice breaker speech
• Writing a speech with purpose
• Vocal variety and body language
• Give a speech. Incorporate feedback. Give the speech again. Then evaluate someone else.
