I have loved reading since I was a young child. My childish desire to learn led me to read and reading led me to learn. I have never lost that child-like desire to learn. Combining that love of learning new things, love of tech, tinkering, a strong desire to help others, and a desire to educate led me to technical support. I have spent over twelve years doing technical support for Unix-based systems/software and SaaS.
I still enjoy technical support, but wouldn't mind trying my hand at full-time technical training or full-time DevOps, instead of the part-time I have spent doing those things as part of technical support.
